We are seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The Automation QA Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. This role requires a strong understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated test scripts.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test cases for automation.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze results.
- Debug and troubleshoot test failures.
- Maintain and update automated test scripts as needed.
- Participate in test planning and strategy development.
- Report and track defects in the bug tracking system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in test automation using tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
