Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and systems that enable data scientists and analysts to extract valuable insights from our data. The R&D Data Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data availability, reliability, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with data scientists to understand data requirements.
- Ensure data quality and data governance.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval for performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven 3+ years of experience in data engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
