ROLE: VISUAL DESIGN LEAD
LOCATION: BANGALORE

SKILLS REQUIRED:-

• 5+ years of experience in creative design, with a focus on visual experience andbrand development
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and creative thinking
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience in building and leading design teams is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Foundational VX Development:

• Establish a world-class VX team, defining roles and responsibilities
• Develop mental models and design principles that align with Allen Digital's brand identity and values.

Template and Asset Creation:

• Design templates for marketing collateral, presentations, web assets, and other materials
• Develop visual assets (graphics, illustrations, icons) that adhere to the design language

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to ensure visual consistency in all communications
• Collaborate with UX/UI design team to bridge the gap between user experience and visual design

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with design trends and tools to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of Allen Digital's materials
• Seek feedback from stakeholders and iterate on design elements as needed. 

Design Strategy and Operations:

• Assess the optimal working model for design operations, including considertions for outsourcing, contracting, or in-house hiring
• dentify and establish relationships with design agencies and freelancers who can contribute to specific design requirements
• Streamline workflows, optimize resource allocation, and ensure efficient project delivery.
