About the Role
NIO MENA seeks a dynamic and experienced Strategy Manager to join our Business Development team in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic growth initiatives in the MENA region for a leading innovator in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary research to identify strategic business opportunities in the MENA region.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and enhance operational efficiency.
- Assess new market and business opportunities, focusing on market entries, strategic partnerships, and distributor partnerships.
- Collaborate with commercial and finance teams to analyse opportunities and develop compelling business cases.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead the setup and execution of the Strategy & Growth Office (SGO).
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Strong academic background: MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in consulting, strategic planning, or business development.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the automotive industry.
- Automotive experience in UAE and KSA markets; broader GCC experience is an advantage.
- Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and influence others in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
