Job Purpose-
- Facilitate and obtain approval from statutory agencies
- Appraise the Business Team & Project Teams on the list of approvals to be obtained and likely timelines for achieving the same
- To ensure the application submission for obtaining approvals is line with the latest amendments/regulations, etc.
- To extend support/facilitate with clients for obtaining the approvals
- To liaise with govt. agencies, teams, CR, industry stakeholders (consultants/experts) to obtain clarifications on applicability of regulations, etc.
- Ensure timely filing of compliances for all projects & clients’ facilities
- Ensure database of statutory approvals of all projects and clients is maintained and updated from time to time
- Scrutiny of Property Tax calculations and timely payment
- Liaise with TS Electrical Dept. at various hierarchy levels for new connections, demand enhancements, derations, etc.
Education- • Graduation with MBA/LLB with relevant experience
Experience- 12-15 years of Post qualification experience
Budget- Upto 28 LPA (Including variable)
Must be from Commercial Real Estate company.
