IL RUOLO
Nell’ottica di un ampliamento del nostro ufficio di Milano, stiamo la seguente figura:
HR CONSULTANT
Divisione LIFE SCIENCE
La persona svolgerà le seguenti attività:
- gestione di progetti attraverso attività di headhunting
- scelta dei canali di recruiting in piena autonomia (pubblicazione annunci, consultazione database e socialnetworks, ricerca diretta)
- gestione in autonomia dell’attività di headhunting
- lavoro in sinergia con i colleghi in Italia e all’estero
LA PERSONA
Avrà i seguenti requisiti:
- laurea specialistica
- idealmente almeno 1 anno di esperienza in società di ricerca e selezione come headhunter
- buona conoscenza dell’inglese;
- perseveranza, equilibrio, resilienza, attitudine a lavorare in un ambiente con ritmi sostenuti, ambizione.
