Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring a smooth flow and high standards of customer service.
• Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and promotional activities to maximize store performance.
• Help manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure a motivated team and effective staffing levels.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in the ordering and restocking processes, maintaining optimal stock levels to meet customer demands.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation and adherence to the store's budget, focusing on cost-efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in food, personal care, or fashion retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a fast-paced environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.
