Responsibilities:
Ensuring the growth of sales volumes, market share, and brand presence;
Planning sales and marketing strategies and activities;
Maximizing sales of new products;
Effective collaboration with distributors and the regional team to achieve goals;
Building business relationships with key trade partners to increase brand loyalty;
Organizing and leading the activities of the field team and distributor, monitoring and analyzing brand performance indicators;
Ensuring the achievement of set goals by the field team;
Preparing the annual budget plan and controlling the marketing budget.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position
- Work experience in FMCG
- Knowledge of Russian, Uzbek, and English languages
