Our trusted partner is a reputable investment company with a significant presence in the hospitality and restaurant industry hight profiled properties, known for their excellence and customer satisfaction. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the overall positioning of our client's properties with focus on digital marketing, branding and event management. Position is preferably based in Plovdiv but could be also located in Sofia.

Main Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

• Develop and implement creative digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and engagement
• Manage and optimize social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and online advertising
• Analyze digital marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the marketing agency, content creators to produce compelling and relevant content

Brand Management:

• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity of various properties (new and already established) across all marketing channels
• Ensure brand consistency in all communications and marketing materials
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and market trends
• Create and manage brand campaigns that resonate with target audiences
• Collaborate effectively with journalists and influencers

Event Management:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute hight quality and luxury events that enhance our client’s brands and customer experience
• Effectively manage event budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships, including top performing artists both local and international
• Develop promotional strategies to drive events attendance and engagement
• Evaluate the success of events and implement improvements for future initiatives
• Develop and promote new venue brands to position them as preferred choices in high-category establishments

Desired Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• 4+ years of marketing experience with focus on digital marketing, brand and event management
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Experience in organizing large-scale events
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
• Passion for driving growth in a competitive industry environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel frequently between Plovdiv and Sofia
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms
• Fluency in English
