Position: Business Development Manager+ Project Lead
Location: Delhi
Age: 35-45 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Identify and evaluate potential retail store locations to maximize customer footfall.
- Conduct market research to understand customer demographics and preferences.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve retail expansion goals.
2. Project Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end process of new retail store openings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful store launches.
3. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with internal retail teams to understand store requirements and operational needs.
- Liaise with real estate agents and contractors to manage the interior setup and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
4. Operational Excellence:
- Ensure all new stores meet quality and operational standards.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the store opening process.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies to enhance project efficiency.
Key Skillsets:
- Strong understanding of retail store operations and customer dynamics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Educational Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
- Proven 5-6 years of experience in business development and project management, preferably in the retail sector.
