About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Livestream Game Show Presenter. In this role, you will be responsible for captivating audiences with exceptional English skills and a charismatic personality. You will conduct entertaining livestream presentations, master casino game rules, and contribute to promotional activities. Your flexibility, professionalism, and passion for creating memorable experiences will be key to your success in this role.

• Excellent English Skills: Fluent with an almost-native accent, with amazing diction.
• Charismatic Personality: Display a playful and engaging demeanor to captivate the audience.
• Previous Presenter Experience: Previous experience in a presenter position would be advantageous.
• Entertaining Mood: Ability to maintain an entertaining atmosphere during presentations.
• Fast Learner: Capacity to quickly learn new games and rules.
• Clever Communicator: Ability to communicate effectively and engage with the audience.
• Positive Attitude: Display enthusiasm and positivity in all interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct livestream presentations of the Game Show in a professional manner.
• Master the rules of various casino games, including Roulette, to effectively engage with the audience.
• Provide exceptional customer service to registered online gaming platform users.
• Maintain the highest personal and professional standards at all times.
• Actively participate in table promotions and campaigns to enhance player engagement.
• Continuously improve hosting techniques to create an engaging experience for players.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 4000 Ron - 

  Depending on the monthly shifts, an additional percentage will be added to the employees hourly rate and their net salary of 4000 lei/net - will increase accordingly)

• night shifts will be paid 25% extra; weekend shifts will be paid 10% extra; legal holidays will be paid 100% extra
• 4000 lei/net + 25 lei/day worked/meal tickets + the percentages described above + 500 lei/net the performance bonus (according with their performance).
• Lunch Vouchers: Additional 400 RON for meal expenses.
• Performance Bonus: Opportunity to earn a performance bonus of 500 RON.
