SENIOR IT BDR (Hunter)

Location: Madrid, Spain (4 days remote/ 1 day office)

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level required); Italian language skills are a plus.

• Propose and execute solutions to client challenges within established timelines.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
• Serve as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to uphold trust.
• Identify high-value clients and strategize ways to build and nurture these relationships.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and generate additional sales.
• Prepare and present regular reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer support teams.
• Develop and implement long-term strategies for client retention.

Experience Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of the ICT market, with experience in the Digital Trust sector preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of success.
