Für ein renommiertes Unternehmen aus dem Luxussegment, spezialisiert auf exklusive Mode, edlen Schmuck und stilvolle Accessoires, suchen wir einen engagierten Sales Assistant.
Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
- Persönliche und sachkundige Beratung, die das Herz und den Verstand unserer Kunden erreicht.
- Aktiver Kundendialog und Optimierung des Verkaufserlebnisses.
- Empathie für individuelle Kundenwünsche und -bedürfnisse.
- Ästhetische Gestaltung und Dekoration des Verkaufsbereichs.
- Gestaltung unvergesslicher Einkaufsmomente für unsere Kunden.
- Einführung und Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung.
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Textil-Einzelhandel.
- Mehrjährige Berufspraxis im Einzel- oder Großhandel (vorzugsweise im Bereich Mode, Luxus, Kosmetik, Pflege, Wohnkultur und Lifestyle).
- Starkes Verhandlungstalent und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit.
- Freundliche, aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit exzellenten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Engagement und professionelle Präsenz.
- Eigenverantwortliche, unternehmerische Arbeitsweise und Effizienz.
- Leidenschaft für den Verkauf, kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln.
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch; zusätzliche Sprachen sind ein Plus.
