- Ricerca attiva dei candidati (Head Hunting), pubblicazione di annunci, screening dei CV.
- Supporto e affiancamento al team nella ricerca di profili middle e top management
- Presentazione dei candidati alle aziende clienti e gestione dell’intero processo di selezione.
Requisiti
- Laurea magistrale in discipline umanistiche
- Passione per il settore delle risorse umane
- Propensione al dialogo e spiccate doti relazionali
- Resiliente, intraprendente, proattivo, curioso, dinamico
- Buona conoscenza dell’inglese
