State Head - Telangana (Home Appliances/ Consumer Electronics)

Position: - State Head

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.

  • Drive sales growth and market penetration within the designated city.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the Regional Head.

  • Lead, mentor, train and motivate the team.

  • Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

  • Ensure efficient distribution and availability of products across all channels.

  • Manage sales budgets and ensure alignment with company financial goals.

  • Oversee accounts receivable to ensure timely collection and minimize outstanding balances.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

  • Ensure effective visual merchandising in retail outlets to enhance product visibility and appeal.

  • Implement and manage sales force automation tools to enhance team productivity and reporting accuracy.

  • Maintain effective relationships with distributors and retailers to ensure smooth operations and mutual growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years in the small appliances or cookware industry, with significant experience in channel sales and managing distributors and retailers.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.

  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
