Working mode: General company policy -> WFH: 1 day at home and 4 days in the office
Type of work: The first 3 months will be fully office-based, after which a hybrid model can be discussed with the direct manager & the matrix manager
Employment type: Permanent with an employment contract (CIM)

- Business development – hunting activities
- Lead generation
- Account management
- Building and maintaining client relationships (Key Account activities)
Key Skills:
- Competence in new business development and lead generation
- Excellent communication and account management skills
- Experience in the logistics/transportation industry
- Sales experience
- Experience with CRMs
- Proactivity
- Advanced level of English - written and spoken
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics/Polytechnic-Logistics/Transportation Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the transport/logistics industry or related fields
- Similar portfolios created with as many quantifiable examples as possible and references that can be verified (e.g., former managers, clients, ex/colleagues)
- Detail-oriented, multitasking, motivated, with a proactive, amiable attitude, eager to find solutions, and constantly responsive to the needs of colleagues and clients.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: €32.400 - €48.000 GROSS/year
