On behalf of our customer - a global real estate company, specializing in the investment, development, and management of sustainable real estate assets in over 30 countries world wide, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist for one of their properties in Berlin.
Marketing Specialist (f/m/d) Real Estate, Berlin
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of the Marketing Plan of the property, aimed at improving its image, appeal, customer loyalty, and retention.
- Build relationships with institutional partners for potential events and exhibitions.
- Plan and manage events, coordinating with external service providers and agencies, and delivering clear briefings to ensure the desired brand image is conveyed.
- Track and assess the success of events and campaigns, focusing on audience reception, operational efficiency, media coverage, and tenant feedback.
- Oversee the marketing budget, leveraging synergies to optimize costs and maximize marketing impact.
- Negotiate sponsorship deals to enhance the profitability and feasibility of marketing initiatives outlined in the strategy.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing or Communication (preferred)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the retail or shopping centre sector
- Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written (mandatory)
- Creative thinker with an open mindset
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing external providers
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with strategic planning
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, Digital Marketing, and Social Media platforms
