Director Talent Development

Our client is a leading provider of revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions, specializes in optimizing healthcare organizations financial operations. With a global presence and a focus on improving financial outcomes for healthcare providers, their solutions cater to hospitals, physician groups, and health systems across multiple regions.

Position: Leadership Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute leadership development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct training needs analysis, create leadership career paths, and benchmark progress.
  • Collaborate with top learning institutions to integrate leadership programs.
  • Drive initiatives that promote leadership diversity and inclusion.
  • Partner with CXOs and HODs to ensure leadership bench strength.
  • Establish leadership development centers and execute learning programs.
  • Manage leadership on-boarding and succession planning.
  • Set up mentoring forums and peer learning groups.
  • Track progress through KPIs and report leadership development outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and Master’s in HR/Leadership Development or equivalent.
  • 10-12 years of experience in leadership development.
  • Experience working in multi-geography environments.
  • Expertise in digital learning tools (LMS, HRMS, performance management).
  • Experience in Organization development, Competency mapping, Designing leadership program, succession planning.

Skills:

  • Strong domain knowledge of talent development.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence and drive decisions.
  • Data-driven decision making and results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, LMS, PMS, and other digital tools.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Financial impact of leadership development initiatives.
  • Retention rates of high-potential employees.
  • Improvements in individual/team performance.
  • Time to fill leadership positions.
  • Diversity and inclusion metrics at the leadership level.
  • Internal promotions to leadership roles.
