We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead the opening and operations of a new, high-end luxury nightclub in Plovdiv. Our client is a prestigious company in the hospitality sector, known for excellence and premium service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of nightclub operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable performance
• Drive financial results and uphold the nightclub’s elite image
• Stay informed on industry trends and implement the latest concepts to maintain a competitive edge
• Enforce high operational standards and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Maintain strict adherence to food and beverage safety and hygiene regulations
• Ensure top-tier customer service, creating a memorable and exceptional guest experience
• Manage financial documentation, budgeting, and cost control for maximum efficiency
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, handling orders and monitoring the correct use of products
• Oversee equipment, inventory, and facility maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene are always upheld
• Lead recruitment efforts, manage staff scheduling, and foster a positive, productive work environment
• Motivate, mentor, and manage the team, ensuring high morale and performance
• Utilize restaurant management software for optimal efficiency

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a high-end nightclub, piano bar or a relevant establishment
• Proven track record in launching new venues is a strong advantage
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple responsibilities with precision
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Highly motivated, results-driven leader with excellent communication and leadership capabilities
• Proficiency in restaurant or nightclub management software
