Life science, Chemical and Food è il team specializzato in profili con background scientifico ed ingegneristico in ambito Manufacturing, Produzione, Ingegneria, SCM, Research and Development, Medico, Qualità e tecnico-commerciale nell’ambito Pharma, Chimico Farmaceutico, Biotech, Chimico, Cosmetico, Medicale, Gomma Plastica, Food.
IL RUOLO
Per l’ampliamento del nostro ufficio di Milano, stiamo ricercando una figura di: HR CONSULTANT - Life Science
Il/la candididato/a svolgerà le seguenti attività:
• preparazione e pubblicazione di annunci al fine di poter contare sul miglior supporto per la
selezione;
• ricerca diretta dei candidati tramite head hunting;
• screening telefonico dei candidati;
• scheduling dei colloqui con il cliente;
• lavoro in sinergia con il team di ricerca nell’individuazione della strategia di recruiting;
• business development.
LA PERSONA
• laurea specialistica, preferibilmente Master in ambito HR;
• Idealmente 2 anni di esperienza in società di ricerca e selezione;
• Buona conoscenza dell’inglese;
• proattività e predisposizione all’apprendimento;
• perseveranza, resilienza, attitudine a lavorare in un ambiente con ritmi sostenuti.
