Automation Developer - HYBRID

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop automation solutions by integrating RPA, BPMS, and other business applications (Power Automate, UiPath, Camunda, Appian).
• Create and update robotic process automation (RPA) workflows and integrate these solutions into existing workflows.
• Develop and maintain RPA bots to automate business processes.
• Test and deploy RPA bots, taking responsibility for them from start to finish.
• Ensure timely delivery of bots using best practices.
• Troubleshoot exceptions and errors that occur during bot execution.
• Engage in all phases of bot development throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Work closely with project managers, process analysts, and internal or external clients, providing support and updates on the status of automation developments.

YOUR PROFILE

• Excellent communication, integration, and empathy skills.
• Strong cognitive abilities (responsibility, analytical skills, attention to detail).
• Personal competencies (openness, initiative, commitment, and perseverance).
• Completed higher education.
• Proficiency in English and/or German.
• At least 2 years of experience as a low-code developer.
• Experience in digitizing business workflows.
