Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee all day-to-day operations at our clients’ Ohio plant, close to Toledo.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing production efficiency, quality control, safety, and overall plant performance.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large teams, driving operational excellence, and improving production processes in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturingenvironment. Prior experience in a leadership role within a plant setting is required.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, drive operational efficiency, and foster a positive, results-oriented culture.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies. Familiarity with ERP systems, production planning, and inventory management software.
Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
Certifications: Lean Six Sigma certification or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
