Data Scientist (AI/ML)

You will be responsible for developing and implementing AI/ML models to extract insights and drive decision-making for our organization.Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and define AI/ML solutions to address them.

2. Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

5. Interpret and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML technologies and techniques to drive innovation within the organization.

7. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in AI/ML development.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

2. Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in a production environment.

3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

4. Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical methods.

5. Experience with popular AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, etc.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

7. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with teams across the organization.

8. Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or SQL.
