We are looking for an experienced Sales Lead – India to join our team! As a Sales Lead - India, you will be responsible for the following:
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's business objectives and market opportunities.
● Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team to enhance productivity and meet sales targets.
● Cultivate lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
● Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and enhance competitiveness.
● Manage key customer accounts and participate in contract negotiations to secure major deals. ● Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market growth.
● Establish performance metrics and monitor team productivity to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in achieving sales goals.
● Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to foster business relationships and opportunities.
● Report directly to senior management on sales results, forecasting, and strategic planning. Ideal Candidate Profile:
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
● At least 8-10 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a corporate sales environment.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Deep understanding of sales performance metrics and an analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
● Demonstrated ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively.
● Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts with high level decision-makers.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
