Responsibilities 

• Implementation of central strategies. 

• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. 

• Ensuring the effectiveness of internal control and risk management systems. 

• Analysis of compliance, cost-effectiveness and relevance of policies and procedures. 

• Development of corrective measures and rigorous monitoring of their implementation. In-depth knowledge of the Group through audits. 

• Acting as an expert in specific areas, such as purchasing. 

• Potentially cover other areas of expertise. 

• Provide neutral and objective advice to support projects and carry out internal benchmarking. 

• Comparison of structures, systems, business processes and tools to improve efficiency.  

Requirements 

• Degree in business studies. 

•  At least 4 years' professional experience in audit, consultancy or purchasing in large companies. 

• You enjoy modern auditing practices, are curious, and possess a desire to shape processes.  

• Ideally, you already hold a CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) qualification. 

• Fluency in English is required, and intercultural competence is expected. 

• International experience is preferred. 

• You have a strong analytical mindset, are process-oriented and enjoy looking beyond the obvious. 

• You thrive on conceptual tasks, are capable of working independently, and are open to international travel. 

• In addition to strong consulting skills and initiative, you are a team player with the ability to work effectively within a small, high-performing team. 

• You have a confident demeanor and excellent communication skills with a variety of stakeholders. 

• Ideally, you also possess SAP expertise. 

• Have excellent written and spoken German (C1-C2 level).
