Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Development/ Account Manager.
- Exposure to Destination Management/Conference Management/ Meetings and Events in the UAE will be a plus.
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Management studies or any similar technical University degree (MBA)
- Excellent working knowledge of MICE concepts and awareness of trends in the MICE industry.
- Effective organisational Capabilities Confidence, immense perseverance and determination.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and ability to interpret research data.
- Microsoft office is mandatory
