Job - Public Relations

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing media relations, crafting compelling content, and driving communication campaigns that align with our business objectives.

Media Relations:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers in the BFSI sector.
Proactively pitch stories and press releases to relevant media to gain coverage and enhance the company’s profile.
Handle media inquiries, prepare spokespersons for interviews, and manage crisis communications when needed.

Content Creation:
Write and edit press releases, articles, blog posts, speeches, and other PR materials that effectively communicate the company’s message and values.
Collaborate with internal teams to create thought leadership content and contribute to newsletters, brochures, and reports.
Develop and manage content for social media platforms to engage with target audiences.

Communication Strategy:
Plan and execute comprehensive PR and communication campaigns that align with the company’s goals and brand positioning.
Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities for proactive communication and brand promotion.
Develop strategies for reputation management and enhance brand awareness in the BFSI sector.

Event Management:
Organize and manage press conferences, media briefings, and other events that promote the company’s image and engage with stakeholders.
Coordinate participation in industry events, seminars, and webinars to showcase expertise and leadership in the BFSI sector.

Monitoring and Reporting:
Track media coverage and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns to measure impact and ROI.
Prepare regular reports on PR activities, coverage, and feedback to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Monitor public perception and manage the company’s online reputation through various media channels.
