Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership by aligning technology initiatives with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute the company's technology roadmap, ensuring it supports the long-term business strategy and drives innovation.
- Oversee the company's software development, infrastructure, data management, security, and quality assurance functions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for technology solutions, and ensure effective delivery.
- Lead and inspire the technical team, fostering teamwork, professional growth, and a culture of innovation.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices and drive the adoption of relevant ones.
- Evaluate and mitigate technology risks, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and security standards.
- Drive efficient project management practices, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute scalable and robust solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate third-party solutions to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Act as a technical advisor to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on technology-related decisions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree highly preferred.
- Proven experience of 12 to 18 years in senior technology leadership roles, with a track record of success in technology strategy development and execution.
- Demonstrated expertise in software development, infrastructure management, data management, and security.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, cloud computing, and blockchain, and how they can drive business innovation.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A customer-centric mindset, ensuring technology solutions meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to align technology initiatives with overall business objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of data protection regulations, security standards, and best practices.
