Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular training sessions and provide ongoing coaching to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
- Prepare and present sales reports, business proposals, and sales forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
- Solid knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Ability to travel as needed.
