Textile Quality Manager - Roman

Antal International is recruiting for its client, an international company active in the field of textiles, based in Roman, Neamt county:
QUALITY MANAGER

Scope – To develop, implement and lead the Total QUALITY Management System with the company to ensure brand ‘’ BUILT IN QUALITY ‘’  

• Effectively engage with product development, technical and production teams to drive built-in quality standards within the factory.
• Suggest adjusting the patterns as required to achieve measurement goals based on the evaluation of material shrinkage.
• Ensure technical parameters to apply heat transfer during the sampling stage and analyze possible challenges with material behaviour.
• Responsible for incoming fabric and trim quality according to the brand expectations.
• Responsible for sub-contractors value-adding processes such as EMB, Print and Lacer.
• Conduct pre-production meetings to avoid potential errors and ensure documentation accuracy with approved samples before commencing the module feeding.
• Provide approved technical standards to the technical teams to ensure presetting of machines.
• Ensure 1st 10 pcs approval process  ( INLINE INSPECTION) to approve the bulk continuation.
• Active engagement during the SMS development process to ensure manufacturing feasibility and identify possible challenges.
• Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly with the factory and sub-contractors.
• Responsible for conducting due diligent tests for fabrics, trims and finished products according to the quality policy.
• Ensuring all quality and production issues by auditing and control.
• Responsible for conducting training and coaching sessions for quality teams.
• Ensure data-driven feedback sessions and conduct problem-solving sessions for identified TOP 3 / 5 defects.  
• Lead BUILD IN QUALITY Pillar projects to reduce the cost of quality across the organizations and provide an initiative to the administrator.
• Provide order-wise quality /AQL reports 
• Responsible for implementing a management inspection system.
• Provide weekly and monthly KPI’s updates.
