Responsibilities:

• Facilitate process discussions and run user experience sessions with our clients helping them better understand and adopt our solutions.

• Have good experience in managing and implementing software projects end to end.
• Have managed clients' relationships and expectations.
• Led teams through a project cycle.
• Ability to lead client discussions and present effectively.
• Working experience in ERP/CRM.
• Worked on any Salesforce clouds like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud,CPQ,etc.
