Role details:

  • Title / Designation: Finance Manager
  • Reporting Manager: Associate Director of Finance
  • Location: Munich, Germany
  • Work Mode: Onsite

Role & responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, expense management, financial reporting, and forecasting.
  • Analyze financial metrics and business drivers to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify risks and opportunities, and develop margin improvement plans.
  • Review financial data, address exceptions, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Lead the revenue close process, deal tracking, and prepare financial reports and presentations for business reviews.
  • Contribute to budget development, handle revenue and expense simulations, and track sales performance.
  • Drive process standardization and automation projects to enhance efficiency. 

Candidate requirements:

  • 6+ years of overall experience in financial operations
  • Experience in manufacturing background is mandatory 
  • Experience in managing the day to day finances in a factory 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. 
  • Strong analytical and written communication skills - ability to synthesize information and create clear and coherent presentations. 
  • Ability to understand the task and work independently to accomplish the goal.
  • Basic German proficiency is mandatory
  • Should be a qualified CA/MBA from a Tier-1 institute.
