Capellen, Luxembourg
The role:
The Chief Compliance Officer is primarily responsible for overseeing compliance within the company, and ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
The role is responsible for the management of compliance, monitoring and analytical functions involved with regulatory compliance among anti-fraud and Anti Money Laundering (AML), Professional Ethics, MiFID regulations, Protection of clients’ interests....
The candidate:
5 - 10 years experience in Compliance in Luxembourg (Sound knowledge about Luxembourg legislation, and key regulatory frameworks such as AML/CTF and MiFID II applicable to asset managers )
Master degree (law, economics) or equivalent by experience
Strong business acumen
Fluent in French and English (written and oral)
