Relationship Manager- DSA Sales (Unsecured Loans/Working capital/ Supplychain finance)

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and engaging with DSAs (connector-based DSAs and call center DSAs) across the country.
  • Owning and forming channel strategy, schemes, payout mechanisms, and IT/tech interventions required, additionally need to implement strategies towards enhancing market penetration, business volumes, and growth.
  • Identifying new initiatives to grow the channel and implementing them on the ground.
  • Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to solve real-time escalations on the ground and maximize daily delivery.
  • Set up processes for file pickup for disbursement from partners & manage the timely turnaround of individual case files.
  • Training and mentoring regional DSA heads/DSA KAMs, as well as external partners and their connectors and callers on a regular basis, providing them with pointed feedback to grow delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience with a DSA Aggregator is preferred
  • High Sales Orientation to meet the sales targets consistently is a must
  • The ability to deal with stakeholders efficiently and manage complex client situations is a must
  • Previous experience in BFSI and immediate joiners would be given preference
  • Banking professionals with a strong understanding of credit operations are also welcome to apply
