Your New Role
- Collaborate with leadership to define and prioritize the product roadmap aligned with the vision
- Work cross-functionally with design, marketing, and community teams to deliver engaging features
- Ensure smooth product launches and align messaging for marketing and community teams
- Use data to monitor product performance and optimize features
- Build and execute an experimentation roadmap to enhance user experience and business objectives
- Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships to drive impactful business results
What You Need To Succeed
- 6-10 years of product management experience, especially in AI-driven products
- Strong user empathy, with a history of building user-centric products
- Analytical skills for deriving insights and communicating data-driven decisions
- Adaptable and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Sharp critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ownership mentality with a hands-on approach to leading projects and teams
