The Company

Multinational company active in the compound/plastic sector is searching a: 

Inside Sales 

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • With guidance from his/her Sales Manager, develops clear strategy and objectives (volume, price, profit, segments) for overall sales responsibility in line with sales strategy; details sales strategies and goals for assigned customers;
  • Provides accurate inputs for forecasting and operational planning aligned with sales strategy to meet customer needs and optimize the business;
  • Management of prices, commercial conditions, credit lines, exposures and payments;
  • Coordinates cross-functional customer teams, where applicable, and selectively participates in sales projects;
  • Sales forecasting, planning and execution;
  • Prospecting, acquiring new customers and implementing their plans, monitoring actions, managing relationships and conducting negotiations with them;
  • Collaborates with R&D and Marketing to launch new products at the customer in line with the sales strategy;
  • Identify potential business development opportunities;
  • Provide technical assistance on the products marketed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree;
  • Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position;
  • Fluent knowledge of the English language is mandatory,
  • Knowledge of the Office package;
  • Entrepreneurship and pro-activity;
  • Willingness to work in teams;
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills;
  • Focus on the customer.
