Project Manager [Photovoltaic Parks]

Ideal Candidate

  • Higher education degree (economic engineering or engineering and management profile)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the field
  • Valid Category B driver’s license required
  • Willingness to travel

Job Description

  • Planning, coordinating, and supervising photovoltaic installation projects
  • Developing project plans, including resource, budget, and deadline planning
  • Continuously updating the Gantt chart for each project, actively monitoring progress, and identifying any deviations or issues
  • Working closely with the sales team, design engineers, and execution personnel
  • Making decisions regarding the materials and resources required for the project
  • Participating in project meetings with clients and suppliers
  • Visiting project sites with the Project Manager and client
  • Monitoring project progress and periodically reporting its status to the executive management
  • Managing risks and issues that arise during the project, as well as implementing appropriate solutions
  • Efficient coordination and communication with the project team and other involved departments
  • Supporting the sales team in preparing and presenting budget proposals
  • Attending meetings and networking events to identify business opportunities and maintain good relationships with existing clients and partners
  • Evaluating the performance of the project team and execution personnel
  • Participating in weekly meetings
  • Ensuring all projects are completed in accordance with current environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as the company’s quality standards
