Site Manager [Photovoltaic Parks]

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in coordinating teams of at least 30-40 people.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Intermediate/advanced English skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Dynamic, adaptable, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with deadlines.
  • Category B driving license.

Job Description:

  • Directly coordinates assembly works in accordance with technical documentation, execution procedures, quality standards, and deadlines established in contracts with clients.
  • Keeps written, chronological records of: handover minutes, quality acceptance records, hidden works acceptance records, control minutes, test reports for intermediate/determinant phases for acceptance purposes.
  • Prepares and submits daily work reports, maintaining constant communication with relevant functions to ensure smooth and timely execution of site activities.
  • Coordinates assembly teams and is responsible for training workers and integrating new team members.
  • Oversees and supervises construction activities on-site.
  • Manages the work team, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Plans and organizes necessary resources for each project.
  • Ensures that subcontractors comply with legal norms and contractual obligations, especially regarding Health and Safety at Work.
  • Responsible for identifying risks that may arise for people, the environment, and properties.
  • Checks and takes all necessary measures to ensure the quality of the works and materials used.
  • Responsible for selecting and implementing risk control measures and monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Monitors and coordinates Work Schedules to avoid delays.
