Desde Antal, estamos buscando un abogado laboral con experiencia minima de 3 años para importante despacho de abogados.
Funciones:
- Asesoramiento legal sobre leyes laborales y empleo.
- Defender a clientes en tribunales y procedimientos laborales.
- Mediar y negociar acuerdos en disputas laborales.
- Redacción y revisión de documentos jurídicos laborales (demandas, reclamaciones previas, contratos).
- Asegurar que las empresas cumplan con las leyes laborales vigentes.
Perfil:
- Grado en Derecho.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años.
- Inglés: nivel B2 – C1.
