Role details:

  • Title / Designation: Program & Project Management (Japan project)
  • Reporting Manager: Director
  • Location: Pan India - Hybrid

Role & responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Japan-based projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, preparing detailed project status reports for stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication.
  • Understand the specific needs and expectations of Japanese customers and adapt project processes accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and successful project outcomes

Candidate requirements:

  • Must have 10 years of experience in project management, specifically with projects in Japan.
  • Japanese JLPT level N2 preferred
  • Must have good project management skills especially experience handling Japan projects
  • Should have knowledge on project development life cycle and should be aware of process involved for each project phase
  • Good technical knowledge and awareness of latest technologies is preferred
  • Expertise in preparing project plans project status reports etc and should have experience interacting directly with Japan customer
  • Knowledge on ways of working with Japan customer and the process expectations
