Desde Antal, estamos en búsqueda de un abogado mercantil con una experiencia mínima de 3 años para unirse a un despacho importante. Si eres un profesional con un sólido conocimiento en derecho mercantil y te apasiona asesorar a empresas en sus operaciones comerciales, ¡queremos conocerte!
Funciones:
- Brindar asesoramiento en materia de derecho mercantil, incluyendo contratos comerciales, sociedades, fusiones y adquisiciones.
- Elaborar y revisar contratos mercantiles, acuerdos de accionistas, estatutos sociales y demás documentos corporativos.
- Asegurar que las empresas cumplan con las normativas mercantiles vigentes.
- Representar a empresas en la resolución de conflictos comerciales, tanto en la fase de negociación como en procedimientos judiciales o arbitrales.
Perfil:
- Grado en Derecho, con Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en derecho mercantil.
- Idiomas: Inglés B2/C1.
- Modelo de trabajo híbrido.
