RESPONSIBILITIES

➢Analyze business requirements, current and future state process designs and translate them into process flows
➢Build, test and deploy RPA bots on the orchestrator
➢Deploy RPA components including bots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools
➢Program and Develop reusable RPA workflows, components, processes, and bots with a focus on scalability and reusability
➢Follow established best practices for development, Code reviews and test case reviews
➢Be able to write detailed project-level technical documentation including the SDD (Solution Design Document) and TechOps guide
➢Work with Business analyst, Scrum Master , QA Analysts, product owner and other cross functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects
➢Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented
➢Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions
➢Hands on experience in developing automation solution using open-source tools (Ex. AHK, Selenium, VBA, Python etc.) and adapting to new platforms quickly as and when required.
➢Strong understanding of Hyper automation -Computer Vision, OCR, AI Center, NLP, Text Analysis etc.
➢Scaleup automation solutions with Artificial intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning components
➢Strong understanding of Agile development practices / Project management
➢Ability to work with support teams for deployment of automation solutions and well-versed in addressing deployments challenges
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
➢Overall, 4-6 years of experience in RPA/Automation(UiPath)
➢Hands-on Development experience on UiPath and related components
➢Knowledge of UiPath’s RE framework
➢Ability to prioritize and handle a variety of assignments simultaneously.
➢Hands on experience in managing complex projects (Healthcare projects highly desirable)
➢Database usage skills in MS Access or MySQL, MongoDB etc.
➢Experience in using open-source technologies - Auto Hotkey, VBA, Python, .NET Selenium or similar platforms.
➢Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills.
➢Experience in working with Healthcare Industry will be a distinct advantage;
➢Professional certifications in UiPath / AI & ML / Automation Anywhere/ Blue Prism etc.
➢Verifiable Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related technical field strongly preferred
➢Effective written and oral communication skills

• Knowledge of other RPA tools like ElectroNeek, Robocorp, OpenBots, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power apps, BluePrism, AssistEdge etc.

• Knowledge of Python, .Net, VB, PowerShell, C# etc.

• Knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium, MS Playwright etc.

• Knowledge of OCR tools like ABBYY Flexicapture, AWS Textract, Google cloud vision etc.
