Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams working on .NET technologies.
- Review and approve technical designs, code, and documentation.
- Ensure best practices in .NET development are followed.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the project team.
- Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to report on progress and address any issues.
- Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve project issues and escalate as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with resource managers to allocate and manage project resources.
- Ensure the project team has the necessary tools, training, and support.
- Oversee the implementation of testing strategies and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards.
- Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to capture lessons learned.
