We are hiring a Store Sales Executive for an exclusive Luxury Jewelry brand, part of a global conglomerate specializing in gemstones, diamonds, and jewelry with presence in Asia, America and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with high-net-worth customers, delivering exceptional personalized service to enhance the customer experience.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and present luxury jewelry collections, providing tailored recommendations to customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective sales strategies.
- Manage client databases and proactively follow up on potential sales opportunities, including after-sales services.
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain store standards, ensure proper merchandising, and contribute to a premium in-store experience.
