Job Description: Technical ArchitectWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing complex IT solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. With your extensive experience in software development and systems integration, you will provide guidance and expertise to the development team, driving the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and system designs.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure architectures for applications and systems.
- Evaluate and select appropriate tools, technologies, and frameworks to achieve technical objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, supporting their growth and nurturing their skills.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards, code quality, and best practices.
- Perform system integration tasks, including data mapping, data transformation, and API design.
- Identify areas for process improvement, enhancing system reliability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within established timelines and budget constraints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Possess a solid track record of 15 to 20 years in software development, with at least 5 years in a Technical Architect role.
- Extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications and systems.
- Strong knowledge of architectural styles, patterns, and design principles.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Expertise in system integration, including APIs, Web Services, and ETL frameworks.
- Familiarity with various database technologies, such as SQL, NoSQL, or graph databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Proven leadership abilities, with the capability to guide and mentor a development team.
- Strong communication skills, able to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
