**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator with expertise in Intune, Afaria, PowerShell scripting, and Windows deployment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our organization's mobile device management, automation, and Windows deployment processes. This role requires a deep understanding of mobile device management platforms, scripting for process automation, and efficient deployment of Windows operating systems.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Mobile Device Management:**
- Configure, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Intune and SAP Afaria platforms.
- Design and implement policies for mobile device management, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Intune and Afaria with existing systems and workflows.
- Provide end-user support for device enrollment, application deployment, and issue resolution.
- Monitor device health, security compliance, and troubleshoot device-related challenges.
2. **PowerShell Scripting:**
- Develop, maintain, and optimize PowerShell scripts to automate IT tasks and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective scripts.
- Troubleshoot and debug scripts, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Create documentation for PowerShell scripts, including usage guidelines and technical details.
- Stay updated with the latest PowerShell advancements and best practices.
3. **Windows Deployment:**
- Design strategies for deploying Windows operating systems across diverse devices.
- Develop and maintain standardized Windows images for various hardware configurations.
- Utilize deployment tools such as Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and SCCM.
- Collaborate with teams to define deployment requirements and ensure standardized configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues, ensuring successful and efficient deployments.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in IT administration with a focus on Intune, Afaria, PowerShell scripting, and Windows deployment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and SAP Afaria mobile device management platforms.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for process automation and systems management.
- Experience with deployment tools such as Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and SCCM.
- Deep understanding of Windows operating systems, configurations, and deployment methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing end-user support.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate and reliable system configurations and deployments.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies, such as Microsoft 365 certifications, are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
