Manager Tax Provision

· Must be comfortable working cross functionally and making business connections with multiple stakeholders and information suppliers.

· Strong communication and ability to explain tax accounting technical concepts to a layperson is imperative to be successful in this responsibility.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s in Accounting, Tax, Economics or Finance

· Bachelor’s in Accounting, Tax, Economics or Finance

· Minimum of 5 to 10 years relevant work experience with a strong understanding of US GAAP tax accounting processes and tax compliance

Preferred candidates could have:

· Experience in non-US jurisdiction tax compliance/provision

· Strong desire to broaden/build skills

· Innovative orientation with a proactive approach to problem solving

· Excellent analytical skills and strong understanding of tax technical guidance

· Strong communication skills with ability to frame communications appropriate to audience

· Strong Microsoft Office skills: Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint

Personal Attributes:

· Advanced degree (Master’s Degree in Tax, Accounting, or Finance, or JD, LLM Tax)

· Working knowledge of SAP

· Familiarity with IFRS
