WE ARE LOOKING FOR A RECRUTIMENT MANAGER WHO WILL LOOKAFTER TALENT MANAGEMENT AND WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FORIDENTIFYING, RECRUITING AND DEVELOPING WORKFORCE IN THE ORGANISATION.
WORK WITH THIRD PARTY STAFFING AGENCIES AND PLATFORM LIKE NAUKRI, LINKEDIN ETC. TO IDENTIFY NEW TALENT/ HEAD HUNTING.
SCOUT JOB SEARCHWEBSITESAND LINKEDIN FOR POTENTIAL RECRUITS AND CONTACT THE CANDIDATES PERSONLAITY.
COMMUNICATE WITH INTERNAL STACK HOLDERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR HIRING NEEDS AND ORGANISATIONAL GOALS.
DEFINE JOB DESCRIPTION, SKILL REQUIREMENT AND QUALIFICATION DETAILS FOR POTENTIAL RECRUITS TO FURTHER STRENGTHEN THE TALENT MANAGEMENT PROCESS.
REVIEW AND ANALYSE RESUME TO SHARE THE SHORTLISTED ONES WITH THE RESPECTIVE STAKEHOLDERS.
CONDUCT THE FIRST ROUND OF INTERVIEW TO PREPARE CANDIDTE’S SUMMARY AND FURTHER SHARE WITH THE INTERNAL STACKHOLDERS.
CLOSURE OF INTERVIEW PROCESS WITH STACK HOLDERS WITHIN THE TAT.
FOLLOW THROUGH THE ENTIRE HIRING PROCESS AND HELP ONBOARDING THE CANDIDATES ONCE HIRED.
CREATE A POOL OF CANDIDATES WITH THEIR PROFILES FOR FUTURE REQUIRMENTS.
INITIATE REFERENCE CHECKS OF THE SHORTLSITED/ SELECTED CANDIDATES.
FOLLOWUP REFERENCE CHECK.
