Roles and Responsibilities:  Take ownership of the entire project from requirement to final delivery stage.  Responsible for providing expertise in software development life cycle, from concept, architecture, design, implementation, & testing.  Provide Architectural and Design direction  Control Technical Debt  Responsible for understanding requirements from customers & writing technical architecture documents.  Responsible for planning the end-to-end technical scope of the project & customer engagement areas including planning sprint & deliveries.  Providing leadership, support and motivation to technical team members.  Overseeing deployments and new releases.  Strong focus on quality by enforcing the code reviews & development best practices/processes.  Leading & mentoring a small-sized team on a project.  Estimates efforts, identify risks & provide technical support whenever needed.  Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.  Demonstrates ability to multitask & re-prioritize responsibilities based on dynamic requirements. Requirements:  5+ years of experience in software architecture, system design & development.  Must have experience in Computer Vision /Visual Analytics solution development  Experience with Linux preferably Ubuntu.  Extensive development experience in advanced Python programming language & microservices.  Passionate about learning new technology, domain and frameworks  Strong fundamentals in Object-Oriented Design and Data Structures.
