Sofwtare Engineer - Machine Learning
As a Machine Learning Engineer you will play a crucial role in the development and deployment of machine learning solutions that drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts, to create data-driven models and solutions. Your primary focus will be on building scalable ML pipelines, data analysis, data storage, and model development.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
Collaborate with data scientists and business analysts to understand business problems and translate them into ML solutions.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
Develop and maintain data stores and databases to efficiently store and retrieve data for analysis and modeling.
Create and fine-tune machine learning models to meet specific business objectives.
Monitor and evaluate model performance, making necessary adjustments and improvements.
Work on data visualization and reporting to communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and data engineering technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
2-3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering, including building and deploying ML models.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Strong knowledge of data analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization techniques.
Experience with data storage and database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Solid understanding of ML concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
